At the time of signing for your new home, you should have received and signed for a document outlining our Master Restrictions/CC&R’s (Covenants, Conditions, & Restrictions) which is deeded to each home in Mountain House. This document can be provided/disclosed by a builder, realtor, or the previous home owner during the sale/purchase transaction.

The purpose of the Master Restrictions/CC&R’s are to provide limitations, restrictions, and controls; to enhance, protect, establish and maintain the character, value, desirability, and attractiveness of real estate within Mountain House and to insure its proper development.
