Located at 201 E Main St., The Mountain House Branch Library offers over 20,000 books, CDs and DVDs as well as computer workstations for general and Internet use. There are also a variety of in-house programs, databases, and specialty for a range of ages.

To save time please go online to ssjcpl.org to place items on hold (Look under Borrow / Books & More.) You will need your card number and pin number and to have a clear and updated account to do this. If you have a problem or need help with your account or to get assistance requesting items you can call 209-937-8221. You will be notified when your items are available and you can come to the library and quickly and easily check them out.
You can also just stop by and the library staff will look for the materials that you want or need.
There are convenient outside book drops available 24 hours a day on the plaza side of the building and inside book drops for when the branch is open.
