City of Mountain House Knows How to Celebrate

The City of Mountain House is proud to present community special events for all audiences including the ever popular Music in the Park outdoor concert series and Kite Festival, holiday events like the 4th of July Parade & Celebration and Light Up Main Street and Tree Lighting, summer family fun at the Central Park Cinemas, collaborations with safety personnel like the Bike Rodeo and National Night Out, and celebrations that honor our cultural diversity such as Juneteenth and Cultural Celebration.

For those interested in performing at one of the events, please open the "Live Performance Requirements" below. We're currently accepting applications for summer 2025.

For food and retail vendors and local non-profits who'd like to share their organization's information, please open the "Special Event Vendors" information below and follow the link.

Special Event Vendors

Vendors Wanted 1 Showcase your culinary skills and creative products to a diverse audience of hundreds to thousands of attendees at our annual special events including Music in the Park, Kite Festival, Juneteenth, 4th of July, and Light Up Main Street.

These events are a great sales opportunities that capitalize on the high foot traffic and enthusiastic eventgoers to help generate sales and expand your customer base. Our events are fun and have a festive atmosphere!

Please read the Mountain House Special Event Vendor Guidelines and Requirements before submitting your application. Each approved vendor receives a 10' x 10' space.

Completing this application does not guarantee you will be selected to participate in one or all of our community events. You will receive a confirmation letter if selected to participate. Those not selected will receive a refund.

Live Performance Requirements

Summer in OUR City 2024

summer in the city (Facebook Post) Mountain House became the 483rd city in California July 1, 2024. During the “2024 Summer in ~~the~~ OUR City!” neighbors and villagers celebrated with food, fun, friends, and family at Central Community Park during the Music in the Park, the Kite Festival, Juneteenth, Central Park Cinemas, Independence Day Parade, National Night Out and Cultural Celebration.

All of the events were hosted by the City of Mountain House and included music, arts & crafts vendors, delicious food trucks, kid’s areas and a whole lot of fun!

We look forward to see you next summer! Stay tuned for exciting news!

Be a part of an exclusive breakfast with Santa himself, Saturday, December 14 in the Unity Center, 250 E. Main Street.

The menu includes pancakes, eggs and sausage, and juice, hot coco and coffee.

Take your picture with Santa and let him know you’ve been good allllll year. Children 2 and up must have a ticket. Tickets are $12 per person or reserve a table for 8 for $90 (a $6 savings). Space is limited, so reserve your seat early. Register online: Seating 1: 9:00 a.m. or Seating 2: 10:30 a.m
